Beauty and Barber College offers an Instructor Training program for beauty professionals who want to develop their teaching skills and share their industry knowledge with future students.
The program covers teaching methods, lesson planning, classroom management, student evaluation, and professional communication. Through classroom instruction and practical experience, students develop the skills needed to guide and support future beauty professionals while preparing for applicable instructor licensing requirements in Tennessee.
